Our Mission Statement

Each professional in Collaborative Professionals of Dallas is committed wholeheartedly to the collaborative law model and its ultimate use in all types of family law disputes. We believe that solving problems “the collaborative way” is superior to all other methods of dispute resolution – including litigation – because it serves to rebuild trust between spouses and partners, fosters true co-parenting skills, and provides an efficient method for achieving stated goals. CPD professionals pledge to promote collaborative law whenever possible, and to using collaborative law in unconventional applications, including adoptions; same sex partnership agreements; termination cases; and suits affecting the parent-child relationship. While most collaborative professionals opt to utilize the process solely in divorce cases, we believe that it can (and should) be implemented in all types of family law matters.

CP of Dallas is a group of like-minded collaborative professionals with the goal of expanding public awareness of the collaborative process as an alternative to litigation.  The members of CP of Dallas are unaffiliated member professionals except those who share a firm affiliation outside of the group.  For that reason, CP of Dallas does not have a general phone number or email address.  For further information about CP of Dallas or the collaborative process please contact any member directly.
